  • Prototype Development & Testing: Building and testing prototypes, pilot runs, trial production batches, or first articles to evaluate design or process alternatives.
     
  • Materials & Formulation Development: Experimenting with new materials, alloys, composites, or formulations to achieve specific performance requirements.
     
  • Equipment & Tooling Development: Designing or modifying custom machinery, tooling, molds, dies, or fixtures to meet production needs.
     
  • Software & Controls Integration: Developing or improving software, firmware, or control systems used in manufacturing operations.
     
  • Automating or optimizing production lines or workflows.
     
  • Reducing scrap, waste, or cycle times.
