Eligible Expenses

 

  • W2 Wages: Wages for Ownership, Engineers, Electricians, Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, HVAC Techs, Plumbers, and Carpenters.
     
  • Supply Expenses: material costs incurred during the development process. (prototypes, experimentation, scrap)
     
  • Contract Research (1099s): Payments to the above referenced professionals via 1099, like Third-party services supporting R&D activities (e.g., excavation, mechanical, HVAC design/install).
