  • It’s only for Large Businesses – NO, NOT true. CSS can benefit any and all businesses, provided the building(s) are qualified candidates (a cost feasibility study is needed!).
     
  • Too Complicated – NO, NOT true. The qualified firm undertakes the effort in conducting the study. You just provide all necessary documents. The CPA (firm) completes the tax return with the new depreciation numbers.
     
  • TOO Risky – NO, NOT true. A proper qualified firm, all necessary and relevant documentation, and a properly filed tax return all contribute to LESS (not more) risk of an audit or any other risk.
